Hubby and I had our lunch at Hj KK Koya restaurang at Tutong town, last Saturday (30/07) noon. We were not aware that a regatta event was being held at this district until we parked our car close to the waterfront.
By tradition, this event used to be held at every district annually in conjunction with His Majesty's birthday. However, it seemed that this year, it was all quiet (maybe due to HM's birthday falling on the Syaaban month).
