Just before Christmas, on Thursday, 22/12/11, I held an appreciation lunch for the Aerobics Section committee members and also the instructors. It took place at Kaizen Sushi in Seria - a small town which is about 15 minutes drive from the town where I live.
As you can see the variety of Japanese food ordered by us, the amount could feed an army and we're ...... aerobics enthusiasts and instructors... Wooo hooo hooo....
