Earlier yesterday morning, I contacted my friend across the border whether it's the durians season now in Miri or not yet. He said, yes, local durians are now available. Told my hubby about it and we hopped across the border after work. Went straight to the old town - Intention was to check the exchange rate; however, we had a bonus. Saw some durians being sold at a nearby shop. Went to have a look; look-see, look-see, we bought about 14 of them. They're durian kahwin from Sibuti.
