It has been 4 weeks now since my last entry. Have been pretty busy lately, what more with all these issues on getting a domestic maid onboard.
The agent tried to cheat us out of B$2K, believe it or not!!! She has been making excuses since 13/02/2012... Never updating us with the progress of the paperwork. It was only when we asked her for the status, she would then give a 1,001 excuses of why so-and-so was delayed.
This is sort of like a Get Rich Quick scheme. Cheat them clients, get rich quickly.
Upon asking around, she had cheated several clients before us. It's no wonder that her life is entrapped with problems, problems, problems. What goes round comes round, I strongly believe in that. We do good to people, good things come to us.
If we've bad intention towards others, then be prepared to get the worst in return.
I'm not keen to have a domestic maid but hubby said that with our jobs requiring more time from us, it'll be very likely we get home totally exhausted without any energy left to lift a finger to do household chores. Hence, the need for a maid.
From our bad experience with this agent, in future no more liasing and dealing with her. All crap full of lies coming out from her mouth. It's a blessing that we found out her true colours before it's too late.
